If I don't get a notification, I will leave this misery as soon as possible. I don't know why anyone would want to stay at a company where they constantly experience RIFs stress. I understand, bills have to be paid, but Oracle certainly isn't the only show in town. After the August cuts, morale sank, and now it will be at an even lower level. No one can be productive and happy if there are cuts constantly looming over their heads.

The doormat principle works perfectly if you just accept you are “working” for a doormat company with doormat management.
It’s a culture of doormat-dom.
Why I don’t get is WHY this OP is sitting around on his behind waiting for a notification. My gosh, if you’re this stressed and miserable then get out now. It’s really that simple.
It's the Oracle Doormat Principle. Low skill, low self-esteem, all overcoming common sense that would cause any well adjusted employee to GTFO. Think of these employees as the bottom of the barrel in today's tech marketplace.

If you’re choosing to put up with all of this mental abuse by Oracle, then you’re getting what you’ve expected. So quit with this waiting for O to RIF you, take control of your own career and jump ship.
The funny thing is managers complaining about certain metrics. No sh-t. You expect them to be better by paying people peanuts with no raises, no bonuses, micromanaging and hiring replacements from foreign countries with no experience? Talk about pi----g in the wind.
Much worse!
I remember morale being really low in July. Is it worse than that now?
