No one in our club is getting associate discount except management, is this happening anywhere else? I know how much Sam's Club cares for us, with our 2% raise and all the other great perks we get.

Do you mean that you are not getting 10% off of fresh produce?
You should get that all year long.
Or, do you mean that you are not getting 10% off all on other Fresh categories for the Holidays.
This only lasts from November 11th through December 31st.
It includes meat, fresh seafood. bakery, deli (except milk), and prepared foods.
Those are the only discounts that we get - no discounts on any other merchandise.
This needs to be escalated above the Club if members of management are getting Fresh discounts, but the associates are not.
I would contact your Market Manager.
when did the discounts beyond food begin? and when?
You should be getting the 10%. They made it for more categories this year. Look it up on the wire.
