But by all means, do fire every single American right now, start with the American CEO and the American BOD.
Fire them all and let overseas take over completely - every installer, every call center rep, every cable splicer, every store employee, every sales rep shmoozing on an American golf course to get business, every CO engineer in every single town in America...
Have at it! Nobody is holding you back.

And watch how quickly every last American customer will disconnect all their American services on American soil.

Boyer's organization has been shell shocked by layoffs and reorgs for many years. The smiling and laughing shows Jason hasn't taken the time to listen or understand the culture he is coming into.

He shared the new org structure which is pretty much the old org but different shapes of boxes for different subgroups. I think he is still learning and may even leave us sooner than quarterly re-org cadence.

There's no way Craft will be affected by layoffs. There is just too much work coming and not enough technicians to install it. As a matter of fact, Craft is looking to hire more techs in various regions of the U.S., so the only people that will be impacted will be management employees and you can take this to the bank!

I never believe their rational for layoffs. There's so much bureaucratic waste in this company it's endless, and they refuse to deal with that first - a true ongoing cost.

The fact that he was laughing and chuckling at the surplus questions just shows how disconnected he is on how those, who are doing all of the work, actually feel. A small foreshadowing of what kind of leadership lies ahead….very sad…

If I were in management I would be very concerned about my position being consolidated, outsourced,off-shored etc... It does appear there are going to be big changes coming, quite possibly with business units being sold off to reduce head count, And with comments from the previous C suite troll they will do virtually anything to save a buck. Craft will probably affected also it will just take a few more years

He’s a fool, just like the rest of them. Everyone else makes too much money except him. Typical corporate mentality of someone that has no idea how this company is run.
