Just one hour per day on ATT related items. Hour at beginning of day, end of day or split up 30 minutes morning and evening. That's it. Then carry forward into 2023 for as long as possible. Nobody cares any longer and I sure don't. Sck it Stankey!

"That won’t be hard to identify those slackers for January layoff."
You clearly have not (yet) learned that the amount of work one completes has little bearing on whether they're let go.
39 years in says I'm not going anywhere unless I want to.
Dude / dudette, that is so cool. Thanks for letting the folks on this board know about your work ethic. Here is hoping you will not be hanging on for too long in 2023. Why not raise your hand to be let go mid Jan as part of the surplus?
We have no work. But because dispatch is lazy and sits on jobs til the end of their shift, I can do nothing for 8 hours except drive around in the V10 bucket truck and "look busy", and still get 2-4 hours of OT if I want.
Boss and Deuce know it, but want to keep their jobs (headcount) so they say nothing.
Well in to 6 figures already.
What a great job.
Shouldn’t get promoted unless you’ve started from the bottom. You should know the work, have done the work well and demonstrated this. I know some good managers that have come up this way. They are retired now and their knowledge is irreplaceable. Shoe salesman and degrees in massage therapy won’t get you too far here!
This is a good example to follow. Management is clueless. Doesn't matter if you are WFH or in the office and have your boss in an office behind you. They are clueless as to your job and the work your job entails. That is how this company runs. Supervisors and Managers who have no idea the work their employees are doing, either because they 1) don't have the technical background to understand, or 2) they don't care to actually know your job, and learn about it to manage properly, or 3) or both.
This company is so top-heavy in young spreadsheet and power point executives it's a joke. Sure, they graduated from a top university and hold a master's degree but as far as having actual management skills and having technical expertise they are totally clueless.
You are going to put in more than 1 hour with posts on this blog. You aren't going to put anything else in, because you no longer work at AT&T.
Your working too hard.
That won’t be hard to identify those slackers for January layoff. Keep that plan and you will not be employed. Good luck slacker.
So if you ran your own business you'd allow your employees to work two hours out of eight but be paid for the entire day. Let us know what your business is so we can work there.
