1st level managers job is 10 times harder than yours, they have to deal with company BS and your BS. I can’t understand why people who sleep at PFPs complaining, you good guys know them. You at least have Union to fight for your laziness all it take the company to fire me is a phone call.

This is something that should never happen. IR/Prem is always slammed with work and getting new hires. No way.
