Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Abdul All Hands Today

No more layoffs in 2022
2023 may provide an "opportunity" for layoffs, depending on what we do.

T-Mobile is doing great job by hiring Indians, it will be the same company as Qualcomm one day. Mark my words.

TMO is doing a great job dividing their employees. Same that it’s working. You could be on the same side: TMO doesn’t give a s*** about any of us.

Indians have far better work ethic than non-ethnic folks. The top performing teams I've seen so far in all regions are comprised of them. People are always ready to put Indians as scapegoat for their own shortcomings.

If there was a person that was responsible for all the data breaches and fines, it would be Abdul and his team of Indians. This dude cost TMO 500 million. Probably from cost cutting and Indian favoritism. Before this used to be a great group that was good even when the network is not. If anyone needs evidence on how overrated Indians are, here it is.

I still remember when Legere retained us by saying that no one would get laid off as a result of the merger. Literally one month later my boss and a bunch of friends were laid off. Such a disgusting group of liars in this management team

What I noticed about Indians is that they favor themselves. When you get a group of them, they tend to hire family or friends regardless of skills or qualifications. They will look for ways to build empires within a company. Ultimately this will bring the quality down of the group. I like it when the best wins regardless of race and gender.

Replying back to @1tsc+1jWHBYe4. No job losses for hard working Engineers who actually want to make a difference regardless of race. If you’re not prepared to make an impact, get lost.
