There is no need to rob a bank! One can rob the asxhole that gets a paycheck as CEO and another paycheck as chairman of the board…. while starving his employees. It is impossible to lead without moral integrity! No wonder he is hiding in his cave for almost a year now…counting the 100M USD he loaded on his bank account in less than 3 years.

You don't need to rob banks. There are few simple steps to surviving, as many of us have discovered:
I've done it, as have tens of thousands of other DXC employees. DXC does not own you, you can leave and go somewhere better any time you want. Make sure you do so on your terms, not theirs (and they will WFR you with no notice, leaving you unemployed). It's far better to leave on your timescale, not Shouty's.

Post that email massively on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, etc and repeat it for weeks. All employees should do that. This mgt team is an embarrassement. Is this their key output of the DXC culture week?
I presume the DXC senior management have absolutely no concept of how the majority of people live. I expect the cost of living crisis has not really affected them. I think they need to live like the majority of people do for at least a week living on what financial means the majority of people have to live on. I am sure it would be a real eye opener for them.
Wonder what the other options are if our not allowed to earn enough to feed your family with a 2nd job after years of no raises and in affordable price hikes.
Will DXC allow you to go to the food bank to collect basic food items in company time or live in a shelter if you can't afford the rent or loan payments?

New strategy - use accrued sick time plus vacation. Work on resume. Apply for jobs. Interview. Accept new job. Leave without any notice. Never look back.
