Not looking forward to starting the day tomorrow. If round 4 is this week for SPS, we should just lock the doors. Why have a site with 10 people?

@2sny+1jOR36hS You are not the first person to state this. Are you too in SPS? What site?

We took a beating at my SPS site (NJ) and now we have another round next week.

It’s like they can’t get enough!

'Treated like a criminal' Yep that was my experience, after years of service it was a cold and twisted 5 minute meeting and I was escorted off the premises waving goodbye to my 401k match and receiving only a weeks extra severance than the guy who had been with us 2 months! For the first time I saw my manager as the snake we had always suspected he was. Totally remorseless whilst complaining he would be late for his next meeting. Every one of my colleagues experienced the same that day, it was at least fun to see the Koolaid drinkers broken in disbelief!!

2pdo+1jOR36hS Former coworker said strange Thursday morning meeting was scheduled with his manager out of the blue. They called in and it was dual screen with manager and HR. They were gone that same day. Treated him like a criminal. Thanks for all his hard work!

Can you please describe how they approach you regarding layoff? Have you found another job yet?

I'm surprised the warn notice has 12/16 listed for employees. Think of all the money saved if they do it before 12/15! DA must be twitching like Musk!

But did they give those employees 60 days notice of the closure or layoff?? Obviously some yes, because of the dates listed - but the others happening sooner I’m curious to know. Seems like this could just be including those that volunteered to leave… I certainly would’ve loved to have had some notice when I was let go back in September…

SPS getting hit again. 4th round. They must not want our division anymore. So sad.

They bypass the warn by doing mini rounds. They know the number they can’t go over to be reported. We are on the 4th mini round since 9/30. Small RIFS to not trigger the news. Awful. Just awful!

How are they keeping from issuing WARN notices. Any idea of total headcounts?

Guessing they are waiting for December to spread the numbers to another month and keep off the Radar on Wall Street. That seems to be the strategy so far.

My director in SPS confirmed this today as well. Another round for us. I’m not surprised. Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to be on this list! Enjoy your holidays GK.
