There are plenty of layoffs. 3 people from my team in IT got displaced Nov 3rd. Yet we were overwhelmed with work and an India team who a co worker is training to do our work. The India teamw don't even report to our manager are picking up the slack.
Over a year ago they displaced 2 people as well then months later posted the positions but instead of putting them on our team that lost employees they put them on his other team. That team as well has been trained to do our work.
A matter of time before the whole team is displaced. There are 5 left and there used to be 10 on that part of the team.
The writing is clearly on the wall.
WF is just getting better at hiding them.

That is because the layoffs were announced in 2019.
