My building which was packed pre-covid sits empty. Since RTO I’ve never seen more than 4-5 people on my entire floor. Some days it seems like I see more security people than actual workers…
Tell me what’s the point of this policy when most teams are geographically dispersed and this policy only seems to be enforced for certain people?
Saul has already admitted to it; he is never been a fan and knows it's a huge hindrance for retention. I watched really good people leave out of fear of not being close to a Hub, with other people leaving because they could not make it work.

Tax purposes. I heard the companies will lose their tax breaks if they don’t have people in the buildings. California/San Francisco is notorious for taxing you for almost everything. Those tree huggers just keep thinking of ways to tax you.
