Any managers willing to comment what % of last year’s pool workday is displaying for your bonus pool?

Ohhh. I thought the calculation was:
“Inconsistently Meets” x .33% = 🖕🏽+ current salary x 0.00% = I quit.

Last year, it depends. Some people with a meets got from 82 to 92 or so… IM was 40 to 55 or so…. I always calculate 85 myself so that I am not disappointed. Same as last year it is annual salary x target bonus. Take the target bonus x .0.85 and that will be close within a couple grand. Target bonus is not gone but every job role has a variable it needs to be calculated against. Ask your peers. It will. E around the same as last year.
