Seems that end of year appraisals/ratings for managers are being done earlier this time around, just throwing this out there seems like it’s all part of the plan to lay folks off early 2023.
Ps I don’t have any insight just an opinion.

Ratings are always the end of October. Nothing new here.
ratings mean nothing, they are all forced distribution (only 20% of a team can Exceed). The rest of the team can be Solid if there is no one needing development. The Annual rotation of the 2 Exceeds per team for your 3-4 high performers. Employees respond with "Oh boy, it must have been my year in the rotation to get Exceeds". Ratings drive nothing since company eliminated IPI. Waste of time!!!
I was asked to enter my EOY remarks in Quantum by last Friday. Even my director remarked regarding how early they needed to be done this year. Not sure why but there's always some reason. I would be happy if it was to see how big of a raise I am getting but after 24 years I am not getting my hopes up
No amount of merit increase will make up for the sh---y leadership and horrible management this company continually dishes out to its employees.
Year after year is gets worse no matter what Stankey and others promise.
First line managers who can't even string complete sentences together, much less manage themselves. Second and third lines just as bad but with the added responsibility to make your work life even worse with their worthless bullsh-t masquerading as "leadership". Fourth levels so fu----g incompetent they only know how to work a power point and order group takeout lunches for their staff meetings where they pretend to be "informed".
There is no direction to this company. It's all speculation by executive leadership not fit to run a two-ho-e outhouse in an ExLax factory.
Rack ‘em, Stack ‘‘em and Pack ‘em. Unless your daddy is the CEO you’re at risk!
All companies do this. This isn’t anything we don’t already know.
The plan is appraise people so the company will know what kind of pay raise to give. Company is looking to spend more on it's workers for their job well done.
Don't worry about layoffs. Everyone will be fired as soon as Musk buys at bankrupsy hearing.
Yep not uncommon. Ratings are used in determining cuts.
2023 Layoffs are already locked and loaded. Stack rankings and selection happened a few weeks ago. Next year will be a fun ride, hang on tight.
