Corporate America has been union busting for years. Nothing new.
They don’t want empowered employees. They want to take advantage of them for profit and make bribes, er…campaign contributions to make sure it says that way.
I don't want to join a union, but if union organizers want to make progress the first issue they need to embrace is WFH. People would line up in droves to oppose RTO.

I have no interest in joining a union and as an employee would be very vocal against any such moves. No union is getting at my paycheck by sucking high useless union dues from me.
How is a union going to improve customer service? Isn't the minimum pay already $22/hr? Good benefits. What else are the bottom feeders looking for?

Every decision has been designed to send your job overseas, phase you out, replace you with cheap labor, frustrate you so you will walk away without your earned severance, reduce your benefits, not reward you fairly, pit your manager against you, pit you against your co-workers, and reduce your chances to advance. All while enriching himself at your expense.
All that I need to know is that the Charlie Scharf does not want employees to unionize.

Not sure who keeps pushing this union junk. Just because JB is bought and owned by union money doesn't mean unions will be willed into existence across Corp America. Everyone knows what happened to Detroit and the auto industry, socialist type ideas are always short sighted, but always lead to ultimately to ruin.
I make a boatload of money off this company with very little work. If the union doesn’t give me extra PTO days or a lot more money, then it’s not worth it to me. Then again, if the union can help eliminate a lot of these good for nothing big wigs in the company, then maybe I could be persuaded. We have far too many bigwigs spending time polishing their cuff links and sticking it to those of us who actually do the work.
I’d love to hand off some work to the lower class grunts, but they lack the education and skills to operate a mouse and keyboard. We don’t need the grunts spending eight hours a day studying online KODs. I can dust my own desk thank you very much.
Omg who cares! Unions suck and are for people who are lazy. I read the article - doesn’t sound to me like anyone’s busting up anything. Unions would be bad for literally all stakeholders EXCEPT the absolute bottom of the barrel freeloaders so the company simply states in a talking point that it’d rather satisfy employees without them needing to unionize.

Like I’ve said, in many previous posts, these historical scandals, keep creeping up. We just can’t seem to shake it. Others tell me to move on because it happened years ago. Well, tell it to mainstream media and the big wigs in the company. This company is a virus without a vaccine.
