I hate these meetings. Who thinks a parody of a youtube series is a professional way to organize serious meetings.

Do any other business units do pajama days on certain Fridays? At first I didn't like it, but now I think it's pretty cool.
All of the new videos and how we're suppose to operate is related to gen z. Understand this is required by T because the pay will be minimal and there will be no opportunity going forward. So what's required is a bunch of "cutsey" stuff to keep the younger employees engaged. The leadership knows the older employees know better and won't be engaged. Look at all of the Hot Seat contestants....young. What you won't see is vision, better leadership, significant pay increases or better benefits. This is all smoke and mirrors for the young gullible & naive crowd.
I was more frustrated by how the email that came out making us think something important was going to be announced and all it was was another recorded “pep rally”.
How about the d-mb hot wing challenges. In the Hot Seat? Perfect for the Gen Z feely jokie generation they are bringing in.

To OP: when will you learn? They don't like us, they detest us. They are violating the COBC, they are supposed to treat employees with dignity and respect. I've never known that to occur.
