Expect layoffs regardless of business condition or amount of work

Honeywell has no leadership vision so they follow whatever trend the consultants are selling …usually five to ten years late. Examples :.. open office plans, agile, offshoring when everyone else had already learned it was a failure, lately it is manufacturing partnering versus vertically integrating.
Given the news of exponential rise in tech layoffs.. expect the same regardless of business condition or amount of work. Must keep our nose pinned to the bu-t of the Wall Street crowd.

It should be abundantly apparent to all by now that the sole purpose of Honeywell is to compensate DA and his cronies. He is coming up on retiring with millions and millions and he doesn't give a DM about how he leaves the company. I feel sorry for VK having to deal with DA's leavings. However, he may very well continue in the DA mode. I certainly hope that he is not the heartless Bsterd that DA is.

By mid 2023 the transformation of Honeywell into a complete drone of india should be complete.
Aero is especially a target so know how can be transférés to india then to Russia or China.

I will say it again. Beware of 2023, there will be sizeable changes particulary towards mid 2023 and as I said before Honeywell will look very different in 2024. Good luck, everyone.

Hey, don't forget TQM (Total Quality Management) and CCI (Commitment to Continuous Improvement)...LMFAO , seem to remember some Orange belts, green belts, black belts, brown and rainbow belts , in there also, also remember when there was a significant CHRISTMAS BONUS, yea, like $1500 in the late 80's, a a Whole turkey for Thanksgiving, and Vodka from Russia, no kidding!
