There is a Honeywell Alumni hub/account that former employees are supposed to be able to login into in order to still have access to pay stubs, tax forms, etc. - wondering if anyone else that is familiar with this is having trouble accessing the site? And if so, any advice for login issues? Only asking as it will be difficult to get necessary forms/records if I can’t get access to this - and of course IT is of no help (when I finally heard back from them, they said they couldn’t help because I wasn’t using a company device… it’s an ‘alumni’ account…🤦♂️)

I figured out the secret to get to the employee hub. You need to register on the benefits web site. The link can be found on the bottom of this page: https://www.honeywell.com/us/en/employee-access/us-retirees#resources
Once you get into the benefits website, update all your contact info to your personal email, phone, cell, etc. After I got access to this website, I was able to get the alumni hub to take my email and then I click forgot password. I was able to setup the password for the alumni hub. I no longer got unknown user on https://honeywell.service-now.com/asc. I was able to get in with no help from IT which is hopeless in resolving this issue.

Yea, I was briefly able to get into it when I still had my company device shortly after layoff, so I realize most things are on separate sites, etc.; but I was mostly concerned about having quick & easy access to my tax forms for 2022 (which r supposed to be accessed there), and it might be helpful to have access to previous pay stubs (lesson learned lol, will always print hard copies now)
Agreed, nothing on that site ! The HUB is useless. Agree, Fidelity is all you need.
I would think you would need access to your tax forms.
There was not much there to begin with, very limited
Your 401k is accessed via Fidelity Netbenefits. That was all I needed
