If it wasn't for Mr Singer buying up a few billion shares, then requesting a seat on the board, i don't believe we would be on the path we are on today. The board and part & present CEO's were not taking T down the right path.
RLS just rubber stamped and approved. The whole M&A strategy was executed by the one and only JTS. Who was rewarded with CEO for a job well done.
