I keep hearing that the RCSA revision being currently rolled out is turning out to be a disaster. I am not senior enough to see what is causing this but just makes me wonder what is the “new” senior management doing ?
Especially new folks in controls, operational risk, compliance who were hired specially with the mandate to get the RCSA fixed.
Are there too many cooks in the kitchen ? Or are people unable to make decisions and the new senior management lack institutional knowledge ?
How does this impact layoffs/cost cutting ?
