Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Managers

Young managers are programmed to push you out of the way because your job is not important to them, but when they need something because they have no clue, they ask for your help in a nice way. But your considered very low to them.

They don't know hownto manage they come up in there thinking they know everything and they know nothing. Gonna suck when all the people gone that do know how to do the job and all they have left is a bunch of newbies that don't know anything. Lol then who they gonna turn to. Its very close to that at the store I was working at. I just left after being there for a long time I not doing there jobs for them to sit in the office and take credit. Nope Don't think so.

Remember that this is only Sam's Club. The managers there are there because they can't get a better job elsewhere.

If I like them, I help. If I don't, then I don't know the answer and then I laugh and laugh.

We are all replaceable and are just 1 paycheck away from being obsolete.

Technology is what is driving just about every aspect of our lives.

Bottom line if you do not have an exit plan or have not left from the umbrella that is Walmart Inc you will only sink deeper into the quagmire.

Where I am at alot of mom and pop shops are shutting their doors. Plus alot of other corporate ran businesses are doing the same.
