I'm Social security eligible as well as medicare and I'm not going anywhere due to the cr---y economy; gas prices moving northward again, food more expensive every day, utilities on the rise, entertainment more expensive than ever and just about every day living more costly than every before! Being unemployed is not a prudent decision at this time. Keep your jobs, gut it out whatever your gripe might be and hang on until this country gets back on track. The company issues will take care of themselves!

They can smile all they want about people leaving. Those folks exiting take a work ethic and a knowledge base that isn’t easily replaced. Not to mention their relationship with customers
The Stink does not want to spend a dime on severance. So he waits to see how many are leaving for free because of his take aways, $hitty Healthcare next year and all the toxicity he created.
In my org there seems to be many leaving and it puts a smile on the Stink's ugly bald mug!
