Honeywell's inept management won't be able to turn this site around. Its as good as gone already.
Just outsource the stock product line and abandon the lease. Sometimes it's better to rip the band aid off and move on. Plenty of capacity in that industry.
From your post, you are familiar with the Fairfield location and its many problems.
