Once he figures out how many leave for free because of the Stink's take aways, $hitty new health non-coverage, lump sum going down 30% next year and making Toxic T a miserable place to work!

I taught my replacement everything he knows, I did not teach him everything I know ;)
He said Train your replacement but he didn't say Train your replacement correctly or well LOL
Woah. He told y’all to train your replacements?!
I know the stock price is a sore spot and we think the company is not performing well, but the truth is they are making money. I say this to help with my point.
With the entire 4Q ahead of us and whatever portion of 1Q2023 before the surplus
— to me it is worth noting that leadership knows right now that things are so bad they already know they need to make cuts in 2023. — I expect the 3Q results must be horrible and the outlook is bleak.
I know it has been said leadership is waiting to see how many people leave this year before they know how big the 2023 cut will be. In my opinion, anyone with significant years of service probably left over the last two years because of what has been taken away. That same demographic would be the ones most likely to be in the legacy pension plans that are impacted by the pension payout (due to rising rates). Given this I am not sure how many employees are left such that them leaving will play a significant role in reducing the number of cuts planned for 2023.
Anyway, with all the BS the leadership has tossed out in the last couple of years about trust, transparency, Candor, etc - c’mon, show us what you have, let us know what the plan is.
Honestly, between Sambar and the other execs, he’s probably the best we’ve got. I agree the train your replacement thing was a like heck I am moment.
The he11 I will train my replacement. It took me years to get to this level of knowledge, not a 2 week brain dump. Not sure anyone even says quality anymore.
He can train his replacement and gopufff himself.
I am not about to train my own replacement! If they want to surplus me, they are on their own!
Sambar is a di--head.
Not sure who Sambar is trying to impress, that he shops at Walmart and has the same beneficial coverage as employees. When the medical premium and deductible go up every year, it is taking a far significant chunk of our budget than some EVP's salary.
I'd appreciate the transparency, company car allowance must be nice. Must take some practice to say benefits is about the same with a straight face, free luxury sedan or suv no doubt.
And on LeBron, Sambar has high confidence in our chief marketing officer that it is a good move and backed by focus groups. It wouldn't hurt to do focus groups with employees on how to fix the retirement plans.
He is and always has been a real ja----s.
And yet you stay. Maybe it's you.
I liked the part where he said your thought process should be to "train your replacement".
Basically you are living on borrowed time.
