Every company I worked for had a certain level of toxicity, but HON has outshined all of them. Do you know one person that works here who has not at some point been a victim of workplace abuse? I'm not saying they don't exist, but I don't know any. Of course, I'm not talking about management here, they're the ones dishing out abuse. I'm shocked that attrition isn't even worse than it is considering this.

Our management will probably get a job at your new company. Then it will be the same as ours.

I think every one of my competent/qualified colleagues is looking to bail as soon as they can even if there is a salary drop, some already have. The rest in my team are praying for how long they can keep there jobs as they really shouldn't be here, some crazy/desperate hiring decisions in last 3 years has lead to some hires completely out of their depth. That has made the environment as nasty as it gets as they will never earn this salary again so will use every tactic available to stay. In all my years have I never witnessed a business as outright disfunctional and toxic as right now.

They put me in an executive accelerator right out of college. Will finish my masters degree soon. I make three times what my peers do and just got my first director job. Plus… I am 100% remote from my home. Year three at Honeywell is going to be fantastic.. can’t wait!
Same here, glad I left that toxic place which only cares about shareholders, hence executives bonuses.
While at HW I was yelled at, belittled and threatened. All this by sr leadership. Glad I no longer work for those horrible people.
