This December 15th date is going to be just another day on the calendar with little if no meaning to the headcount of ATT! I think T is OK with the amount of employees it currently has and isn't about to reduce that number anytime soon!
We just had 2 Term Temp FT's let go. There might be 4. South Florida.

These dates apply for craft only. The union is given quarterly dates every year for any kind of surplus declarations /. Voluntary offers. September 15th will be the last one for 2022. This may not apply for all of craft but I think it does for the vast majority

That is more than likely just another rumor that people like to spread and then when put in print on this website, propagates throughout the company! Can almost guarantee that is is nothing more than a big fat lie!

For union employees it is. The next surplus announcement date after that will be 12/15/22.
