As the WM plane was flying, Stankey threw out all the luggage, all key employees, seats, and galley equipment. He then had the engines removed right when the sale to Discovery was finalized. WM was DOA!
Wall street was reading Warner Media its last rights as it was being sold (unloaded) on Discovery!

The damage Stankey did to Warner was not recoverable. Don't let Stankey near any successful business, he will destroy it. Stankey isn't fit to run a roadside lemonade stand let alone a corporation. Shame on Zas for agreeing to purchase Warner. Stankey really did a number on ole Zas, Zas just doesn't know it yet!

Stankey destroyed Warner. What you are seeing now is just more fallout from the pi-s poor decisions Stankey made during his tenure. He managed to dump this mess on Discovery, I always thought Zas was smarter than that.
