Did you decide to wait it out and wait for 3-5 years for your wage to catch up with the cost of living? Or did you leave? One guy I work with said he left and returned to a 10% increase.

The company has hired many mgrs back at elevated salaries. Very difficult to understand the process here.
Two more years and I’ll take my pension and double my salary at a competitor. Can’t wait to steal business away from T.
