Would like to hear exactly how process went to find out you were being let go, and what comminication occurred afterwardsas far as severence, insurance, 401, etc.

Hst reps don’t write orders . Order writers and actual vacation reps do ! So no need for vacations to be covered for reps when there are suppose to be 3-5 order writer/ seniors/sa’s per team

It makes sense to me. They think "order writers" will cover it.
This company has no idea what it's doing. All they ever do is try to find a way to get more work out of people, with less pay and benefits.
Instead of cherishing the dedicated staff they have, they look for ways to get rid of them.
What?? No vacation reps!?! How will vacations be covered? That doesn’t make sense.

First had a team meeting(upper mgmt) they refused to answer questions said an email would be sent out for those affected. Got an email about two hrs after meeting next morning told i was bring let go as of sept 30 2022.
Severance was one week of pay per year of service. And that was it
