AT&T billing is screwed up. They outsourced so much to Accenture who are a complete disaster. Finally they got rid of Arison and Weaklend

So the unlimited starter literally lets you consume unlimited data, and then charges you an unlimited bill. Classic AT&T move right there.

During the recent connect live (still available on the Insider) I was shocked to hear JVB say something about getting the Correct bill. You have to be kidding !!! Jump to 15:40 in the video and listen for a couple mins, you will hear her mention getting the correct bill 2 times.

When you don’t have the debt and
Massive amount of outstanding shares requiring dividend payments, you can do this and get away with it.
T-Mobile is clearly in the drivers eat right now.if they manage the business correctly, they will maintain their dominance for a while. VZ and T cannot compete without making sacrifices in other areas.
Thank you Randall and John for providing such great leadership and managing the business so well during the past decade.

We charged $2 per MB of data on unlimited starter plan? This is epic!

Now we can write off the debt and protect our profits from taxes. Just like hospitals do with their crazy high bills.

"There’s literally nobody we can talk to that can help with this at this moment,”

Yeah, that's the way we work here. JS
