Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Cut...

I got the axe on 08/25/2022. How much do you think data breach settlement have to do with this. Either way, I got it as well as my immediate manager from ETS. Looks like if you worked from home that was really frowned upon.

The requirements for coming back to the office were just sent out. My manager said he didn't care where I was, so long as I got my job done. Well I guess this is one way to keep MS's 24 + million dollar salary! Way to go MS.

Way to carry on John Legere's legacy.

You suck and so does Supply Chain upper management!

I was laid off last week, and like myself a good number of leaders in Atlanta were chopped. Decades of combined successful leadership and the company I gave a 3rd of my life to, decides to stop promoting T-Mobile leaders in favor of Sprint and outside hires. This trend has been going for months and some very effective leaders left of their own accord due to this nonsense. IDS is a main culprit; failed leadership from Prudential comes to T-Mobile and M.S. and other SLT cronies expect a different result. It sickens me that they tout the most successful quarter ever Q2-2022, continue to remodel buildings, buy new furniture and offer free food to employees and they do this.

Supply chain really sucks. Matt S. Is really a d-bag and unethical.

I'm expecting it possibly tomorrow. I like my local management, but the C level guys are just not trustworthy at all. I may be offered another, lower paying position but probably will just take the severance and go.
