Any rumors on layoffs within payment claims services? I’ve heard the transformation team is looking to make things more efficient so I’m wondering what that will all entail in the end.

Since Balch left TOS Payments a few years ago the place has become a t-u-r-d
I heard next RIF is after the Labor Day so next week.
I heard they're letting you go. But really, I say this as a PS employee: why do people keep asking for rumors about Payments??? The reality is that we'll be hit like everyone else, and we are! When you add in all the service centers, there's plenty of room to cut and consolidate. Keep your resume up to date and don't spend outside of your tax bracket.
