After years of poor leadership, and no vision, we are now paying the price for those decisions. T is in a ho-e that won’t be easy to get out of in the near term.
I suspect we will see massive layoffs and poor working conditions for those that remain. And while we are trying to right the ship our competitors will continue to move ahead.
Not my post (posted originally by @1lsi+1inAhCdI ), but I couldn’t agree more. I don’t expect anything of this company anymore except for the even more attrition and endless cycles of layoffs.
