For all the work that team leads do they should earn more especially the front end leads. They can hardly feed their family with the pay that they earn.that is very sad.

Merch TL here in SoCal base is $21/hr, because of our higher cost of living.
Merch, Member, TBC leads I believe start out at 19/hr. Fresh leads start out at 21/hr
Manager’s salary varies by role, club, etc. $60k-80k would be my guess. Club manager maybe 95-100k. But they get huge bonuses outside of their salary too.
The leads can make more because they get paid per hour. Managers can work just as many extra hours without compensation. Depends on the region and cost of living. I'd say 1500 to 2000 bi-weekly.
