Bigger immediate concern is disruption of Tengiz CPC pipeline oil flow from Black Sea Terminal, SPM-1 and SPM-2, which were suspended due to damage at “the attachment points of underwater sleeves to buoyancy tanks.”

Tengiz cash flow to Chevron is critical.
