Saul's personal brand of coffee. It's not like kool-aide.

Here, take a sip......

If you think getting free coffee is for your benefit, you need some career coaching. Why would a for profit company give us free coffee, because they want you in the office working for a long as possible, for as little a possible. Small raise, no bonus? Relax and sip on this free coffee. Interesting how the global survey is going on right now. They know they are going to get slammed on that thing and coffee and tea will not save them.

Google gives free food to keep them working longer. Nothing is free in this world, especially at a bank.

There's nothing sustainable about cutting down rain forest to grow coffee beans, shipping it across the world with fossil fuel burning ships and trucks etc.

Same thing with RTO. It's as an anti-environmemt as possible, so stop with the window dressing.

Let's build 4 new behemoth data centers consuming the same amount of power as small cities, required every employee to drive cars to the office every day and then proclaim sustainability wins by using coffee pods.. typical... smh.

So tired of hearing from the top the old "well, everyone else is doing it!" justification. It didn't work when you were 6 Charles, and it doesn't work now either. If I rolled out that weak of a justification, nothing I proposed would EVER get approved. Ever.

Oh wow! What a news! They would rather have people drive to the office vs being sustainable with coffee/tea pods. Bravo!

Even if by some ridiculous stretch that this DID convince people to come back, many floors and buildings are not equipped to handle 100% of everyone every day. It’s designed to be hybrid.

Most banks have rto at least three days a week, or they are there 5 days a week, depending on the department. I don't know of any who are fully remote.

RTO is an abject failure. Neither coffee nor "we're better together" slogans will ever bring people back to the office.

It's time for Wells to save face, and simply loosen up RTO requirements.

Maybe 1 or 2 days a week instead of 3. Things like that. This isn't rocket science.
