Heard some rumors about folding CEMREC and incorporating their work into other BUs. Any truth to that?

MB is a perfect example of someone drummed out of the BU world and sidelined where she can do the least damage while looking important.

Support groups are often overlooked. CVX is all about inclusion yet there is no inclusion when it comes to support groups. If CVX has a group they should respect their scope and vice versa.
Some CEMREC folks should have been gone years ago (like any BU). but many if not most are dedicated folks who want what is best for the enterprise.
@1wnh+1ilmJgfd: Your flippant comment truly incensed me. Who do you think you are to make a broad-brush statement like that? You know NOTHING about me or my work ethic and qualifications.
I acknowledge that there can be some bad apples in CEMREC just like in other groups, but to lump everyone together is not only wrong but also shows your ignorance and superiority complex. We ALL need to work together for the benefit of the enterprise, and your siloed mindset perfectly exemplifies the problems we face as an organization: “us vs. them.”
Honestly, on days like today, where we received MB’s announcement about CEMREC, which raised more anxiety and questions about our future and the threat of more job losses, it is truly disheartening to read your message, particularly for those like me who care and give our all.
I doubt that you’ll expend any energy on this, given how careless your post was, but I would urge you to really reflect on what you wrote and put yourself in the shoes of a hard-working, loyal CEMREC employee. We are not your servants — we are human beings, too, and what your wrote does not feel good.
CBRES should have never been paired with EMC. CEBRES had a great brand and purpose under BH. I hope we do separate and let EMC get dissolved into the business.
cEMREc has been a dumping ground for underperform8ng employees and managers for years.. This way they can just sack the lot of them.
Yup starting 2023 contractor Securitas will also do gardening since it was deemed they do nothing all day
