To make much of a difference. It seems as if the sharp creative effective people are driven away by ATT culture and the Crony Yes Men move on up. Ever since Covid and I work from home I started up a side business that is now 60-70% of my ATT total compensation. I hang around at ATT because of WFH and the benefits but I see zero upward mobility because those above and those that are promoted simply carry the water of the ATT Director AVP VP Droid.

Most of my co-workers are more mouth than brains. They go on and on about management don't know anything as though that makes them smart or successful.
