What market/clubs getting 4-10hour days?
Rumors are walmarts have to ditch 40 to 50 assocs. Closing over 100 stores. Sams club to close up to 15 clubs, losing 10 to 30 assocs.
I heard Sundays are going to be off. Saturdays will only be open from 4pm to 8pm. Thursday will be an optional day off or if you work it you can take an hour for lunch but only have to clock for 30 minutes.
Sorry to say a 10 hour workday will never happen and it is not on the agenda.
But on a brighter note a new 3 day work week is on the agenda. Work days will be 12 hours and this will curb and pretty much end overtime.
Ha! Unions will not be able to help increase wages to a livable wage. Laughable.
We're gonna be the first in USA for full timers to work 4/10 hour days. I can't wait.
They are going to allow unions to come in and start paying a living wage.
We are going to open at 10am and have 6 hours if uninterrupted forklift use to stock the store?? Nah...makes too much sense. Never worked at Costco.57

To the person that mentioned the reverse schedule, I knew someone who was close to working that in addition to the managers.
I am hoping for the reverse work break schedule.
That is where you get to sit in the breakroom for hours at a time and just put the min in for work like no more than 2 hours.
This is an option I believe after your 3rd year but hopefully can be a day one option.

Change out that end cap! Make it look like that photo from that other club! Then change it back when that end cap has poor sales! Then copy some other club’s photo and change it again! Change, change, change!!!
