Sky harbor was turned into a giant sh$t show poorly run disorganized TL’s not listening to the workers who push the product the constant rework the frustration level high I too will look to leave after 15 plus years

Probably the backstabbing at this company either by your manager or coworkers. This is company you can't trust anyone and you have to take care of yourself first before anything. Too many times was I lied about promotions, bonuses, raises, job responsibilities, etc.

honeywell has so many IT issues that 3rd party company they hired canmot fix them--how about giving 3rd party comp resources? just like honeywell hse, honeywell makes changes and dont inform these 3rd party companies on time. they're also lacking resources--very low inventory of loaner laptops, not enough of even the simple things like laptop chargers etc

I left for a great opportunity and don't miss the neverending slog of doing more with less, charge numbers constantly shutting down, pi$$ poor merit raises, unpaid furloughs, the constant threat of layoffs, good ol' boy network, cronyism, the woke broke joke, exclusion and "diversity", $500 bottles of wine, poor quality, blaming the workers for horrible management decisions, then asking the workers to save the company, and a culture of 10 worthless managers for every 1 competent individual contributor. Leave now. You'll never regret it.

The political wokemess network stuff which is dividing us and makin more to cry wolf to HR but no we talk political stuff it's against code of conduct but they sure can push it. Let us just do our jobs who cares who you want to be that day.
