any actual source on numbers, products, etc. as to these supposed underwriting layoffs? Agency, Government, Non-Confomring, NDS, ACO/PCO?

There will definitely be layoffs before the end of October. Expect them to be rather high in number. Don't pay out now for any lengthy expensive vacations. Wait until November.

I honestly don't know why people consider WF. even with employee rate broker has a much better rate so I refined only to have WF repurchase the plan a few months after.
