Either management in my club moved my personal hrs into my pto hrs (which I don't think they can do that), or home office did it.
Has anyone else noticed that today? I check my PTO hrs everyday & take a screen shot picture. Thursday I had Personal hrs. Today I don't have any Personal hrs, but they were added into my PTO hrs.

How about for us long terms with all the sick hours that just sit there cause we can't use them unless it's to take care of someone else
But we'll need those 80 ppto hrs to cover us if we have to go on LOA.
They used to roll over all protected PTO and cashed out reg Pto...now they will combine all ptos plus personal they moved, roll over 80 hrs, rest of it pay in February...so if you want go on vacation in February or March, all you have those 80 hrs for everything...
I finally saw my personal hours moved over to PTO. Personally I am glad to see this happen. When they went to the new PTO/PPTO structure and left those hours along with sick hours, I asked why the company would do that. Never got a definitive answer. I earned those hours and should be able to use them. I would like my sick hours moved over to my PPTO balance. In my opinion, Sick/Vacation/PTO, whatever you want to call it is a benefit we earn.
I am happy about this buy it is sad I has to learn what they were doing on this site. No communication any more.
Glad to finally get my personal hours..BUT....wonder why. They never do something because it's the right thing to do. I look for new PTO structure next fiscal year. Maybe all fulltimers will earn same rate of pto regardless of years worked.
while this may appear to be good news don't think they did this out of the goodness of their hearts. they will triple the workload, take something, or both. always remember, corporate never does anything to benefit anyone but themselves.

Never mind I dug a little deeper and see it was added as pto again.
Just looked at mine and it is moved to pto. Yay. Extra vacation
My personal hours seem to be gone. Looking at my balance activity I see a negative adjustment in personal hours but I don't see where it was added back as pto hours.
