What is the name of the program and how do we begin a request for a different work location? Since they are so dead set on making us come in. Thanks!!

Most requests are getting denied. There’s a formal process where you (not your manager) fills out the form and submits it. I haven’t heard of any getting approved just to move to an office closer to your home.

Your manager can update it in Workday. Whether or not they will is another story.
I would go get access to the building you want to go to as an “alternate work location” in the site access system. This way you can go to the closer office while your hash it out with your manager.
