I don't think you know how the DXC WFR process works. It's random, indiscrimate, and completely arbitrary. Being fully billable does not make you safe, I've seen them decimate entire client project teams in the name of cost reduction - even though those teams were actively billing and generating both revenue and profit.
I've seen very high achievers dropped for no reason other than ensuring that the right number of heads were cut to meet the goals set by someone in another country who's decided that the cost base must shrink.
I've seen DXC slowly ki----g itself by removing good people from roles where they're actively billing, and where the client has been happy with the work that they were doing.
Watching DXC laying off yet more people is just like watching a slow-motion train crash. We know where it leads: it leads to DXC losing more revenue, losing more customers, and then having to start a fresh round of layoffs.
I'm just glad I got out when I did.
