They “think” they want newbies but they better comprehend, the old timers who built the company and saw to its success are aging and getting tired of the BS! they can bring in newbies all they want but the successful money making jobs require the hands on skills of many years so if they plan on flipping new workers every 5-7 years there goes the company’s revenue! I have never felt so unappreciated at work but I am honest to a Fault I keep doing my work even going above my duties but I’m still being blessed otherwise. There’s a customer at the other end of all this “BS”so these new “CEO”s (chief executive Ostracizers) can kick Rocks if they don’t want to show respect to the few of us that are left!
Totally agree. This place is more toxic by the day. Imagine all the newbies in 10 years. What will this place be like then…oh that’s right, they won’t be here because that’s not the plan. The company wants a new set of folks with updated skills and less wages to pay.
Needless to say, I hate Mondays. I think I might need a new job.
