So my so call vine trainer came in walked my departments told me everything looks good and then on the recap through me under the bus like no other saying my departments look like trash.

We haven't seen or heard from our reps since October. We where we're thinking they did away with them. LOL..
Yeah, isn’t the point of these Vine people to actually help????? Making fun of people for asking questions?? Aren’t they there to supposedly “train” and answer those questions??? What’s the purpose if they aren’t there to do what they are there for? smh
A few are helpful. Most of these "trainers" are useless. They're only there to tattle to managers, market managers, & regional fresh managers.
We have one that couldn't do the work in the dept if their life depended on it. Only knows what the wire says. Afraid to pick up anything & get involved.
the company should be spending money on staffing clubs & stores rather than paying for vine reps.
Ours is a real b:tch. She made fun of my co worker with a manager because the co worker was asking a lot of questions. Like she’s better than the cafe workers.
