When you have retention issues, it’s very clear there is a leadership issue.

When i started 22 years ago my employees number is 987. Now we are up to 2600
Or it may just be that BIG 2% raise everyone gets no matter how much or little the work 😉. Club management is just puppets. They have very little to no control on decision making.
