For when the clubs went 30 days accident free. What ever happened to those being a thing?

And what happened to Associate of the Month? The plaque in our break room is from 2021 and is missing the last 2 months awards. Morning meetings gone. Associate relations gone. Snacks in the break room are being taken away because we are blowing our Associate Relations budget and they say they are saving that for “bigger” holiday lunches. What happened to “Holiday Party $$?. We haven’t had a holiday party in years. Since PTC went away. Really sad to see that Associate relations is in the cr----r. And they wonder why we don’t give a sh-t.

They can afford it. Big deal. Let it be an all-you-can-eat thing. It’s not like the company is going bankrupt.

Asked quite a while ago at my club was told 90 days to get an in club meal. 180 days for a cookout.

Bottom line no one wants to do the setup, cooking and cleaning. On top of that alot of complaining and watching associates walk out with seconds, thirds, fourths, and so on and son.
