DevR is going get hit with sales audits going back until 2019 is why Donan left. He got into an argument with JVB about the process and left the meeting. He quit that same day and they processed him out right away. You can tell that there was animosity in his departure e-mail. JVB wants to audit and fire people to save on upcoming team reductions.

Don't worry bout chrissy, he has already moved on, more money, better company, and job. I'm finally getting the respect I deserve. I'll be looking for a few blue chip employees to help support my org, please apply only if you can bring your A game.
Jenn van buskirk!
Formerly jc1731 here. Pardon my ignorance, JVB?
our team got audited back to 2021 - every deal passed - T can suck it!!!
Basically JVB doesn’t know her rear from a whole in the ground and Chris was sick if it. That last town hall he ran circles around his newer counterparts yet they are being placed in higher positions based on race or because they are female.

Chris was part of the Anne Chow legacy. JVB not a fan of that. Lots of cooking the books and driving the company in debt.
Everyone acts like Chrissy walked on water. Sometimes ex T employees look better in the rearview mirror, that's a fact. Good riddance, hope you land a better position, with a better company, with a lot more money.
@lvs+1iQ91q89 Further there is point of good byes. Notification came from JVB 4 days after.
@lvs+1iQ91q89 You are incorrect. Leadership and officers are not even going to competitor and individual contributors it's up to manager.
Yall are mistaken, he left for a competitor. When that happens, you are walked out immediately and there is no buffer time.
Bye bye Chrissy, don't let the door hit you on your way out of the building.

Chris Donna, who led the Mid-Markets Sales organization, announced his intention to leave the business after 18 years of service, effective, Sept 16.
We thank Chris for his contributions to our success and wish him all the best.
It is interesting to note it is effective 9/16 but the memo is dated 9/20.
Interesting to see the exec announcements for others that have left in the recent past are very brief. While their contributions may have been significant while here (in Chris’s case 18 years) the announcements are very brief compared to those for people they force out or retire. The bu-t hurt execs cannot bring themselves to show any appreciation.
What were the 2 sentences she provided after 18 years.
I just looked up the executive announcement that JVB sent out. It is 2 sentences !!
They already started and executed on that.
That’s pretty messed up if true. Going out of their way to find some inane reason to sc--w people out of their severance pay when they are going to lay them off anyway. No wonder no one has any loyalty for this completely unethical company.
