All the highly productive long-term employees that are choosing to leave are not saying anything positive about AIG. It is also becoming known throughout the industry that the culture here has turned highly toxic in the last several years. If things continue like this, we won't be able to hire anybody worth their salt very soon.

Do people think that CRBG be any better once it gets out from under AIG?
Bravo to Captain Obvious who started this post
Yes, those who aren’t friends of execs making absurd money are looking to leave. Left a couple of years ago, now have poached two and looking at two more.
AIG is like a dysfunctional sports team. Good talent in certain areas, potential has been there, but an Al Davis wannabe is running the ship, and as long as his and his minions lifeboats are secure, they do not care about the rest.
There is no reputation to lose anymore... That was gone long time ago
Agreed whoever wrote this must be starting out their career / clueless as everyone in the industry “worth their salt” would never join here as they know what it’s like.
LOL! OP, all of sudden you’re worried about who AIG hires bc of our rep? And you’re worried about their “salt”. I’ve been around this place for 20 years so please tell me, which genius has been hired in all this time that I’m not aware of! OP you crack me up!
You must be a newbie! The reputation of AIG has been extremely toxic since 2008! It can't get much worse.
