My posts are not offensive, just possibly not in agreement with someone's political views. So I'm seeing several of my responses get deleted. And new threads are deleted if responses don't agree with the poster.

The board belongs to the mods or their employer. Their site, their rules. As simple as that

That's the exact post I was referring to! I am a minority victim of racism at AT&T and I posted my opinion and it was deleted and then the thread got archived!! Someone moderates in favor of AT&T! So that means this website possibly serves the corporations info on what their employees are saying under anonymity.
Please consider banning all moderators on this site. They are biased, do not allow free speech, do not treat all comments the same. It makes me angry when I find my comments have been removed. Then I find others comments remain. It just ain't right.
It's an anon board, anyone can post without any registration, so how would it survive without moderation?
Just look at FB, people using their real names an all, but it’s still full of junk.
My two cents, without moderation every single thread would be polluted with politics and off-topics, and with at least a dozen of corporate shills whose job would be to make it as dirty as possible.
Most posts here are off-topic. Today is layoff day for occupational. There is an eye-rolling 1 layoff in S.E. Not talking about layoffs - post should be deleted.

The “technology propaganda czars” are pretty busy anymore! Technology does not make everything better and equal….ie, look below for the irony in the moderated rules post and other stuff like that ;))))) must be some of the smartest, fairest people known to man in order to get that job, right?!?!?!
The mods always let their internal bias play a role in removing legit posts.
This again? Every few weeks it's the same thing. This forum is moderated. If you don't follow the rules, your posts will be deleted. The rules are somewhere on the page, but to sum it up: no naming names, no off-topic talk, no politics, no racism, and stuff like that. Follow the rules and you'll be okay. And next time please look for similar threads and look at answers before you post this. It's been stated again and again.
They definitely deleted all the posts about HR being openly racist against non-minorities groups. I guess they don’t care about the truth and would rather just sweep it under the rug.
