Hygiene

Should it be stated somewhere in Orientation that all associates are required to bathe regularly, wear some form of deodorant and wash their clothes regularly.
We have a certain associate thar absolutely REEKS of horrible Body Odor but yet is allowed to remain unkempt.
Is this what we want to represent to our members?

Hey just going to say this because it needs saying. I bathe etc, but then I come to work and have to build pallet stacks and green up my clothing ( and dust so much dust ), then I move really heavy stock. I spent the other day wiping blood out of my crack every break because this cr-p is just getting too much. OF COURSE the employees stink! If you were actually working, you'd stink too.

You're right, I don't know anyone's situation but I do know I would appreciate not having to smell someone who smells like extreme body odor, po-p and dirty va*Ina.
Bath in the river, ask to shower at a friend's house.
This individual does not have any type of mental health issue.

ages ago there was this old guy who reeked everyday like you bout to throw up in your mouth kinda stank. one time demos put a box of those mini dove soaps in the break room for everyone to take. we all gave em to the guy. homeless people smelled better than him. we would know if hes been in an area of the club by the smell. anyways one time i saw him in bakery reaching in with his bare hands into a large bowl of fresh cut strawberries and im not talking about finger tips, bruh he straight up went to the wrist! i miss that smelly old ba----d. he gave no shiznats an i respekt that. he owe me 5 dollars.

You never know peoples situations! You should mind your own business and worry about yourself!

Hygiene is part of dress code and should be addressed by a Coach. Let that persons Coach know, it may be obvious, but until someone speaks up it might not get addressed because it is a sensitive conversation.
